Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month Kickoff!

Please join KPIX | CBS News Bay Area, The Asian Business League & The Japantown Community Business District as we kick off Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month with an after-work reception on Thursday, April 25th, 5:30pm-7:30pm, here at the KPIX STUDIOS EVENT SPACE, 825 Battery Street in San Francisco! There will be food and beverages, performances, artwork, and a few surprises! KPIX News Anchor Ryan Yamamoto is our host for the evening.

For over 16 years, CBS News Bay Area has collaborated with local businesses, non-profits, and community leaders for after-work receptions at our studios that celebrate the diversity of the Bay Area. These gatherings bring together groups of influencers to meet the CBS staff and on-air talent. Productive and lasting relationships have developed from these receptions.

This year, the Asian American & Pacific Islander Month collaboration continues with a focus on gathering Asian American business leaders, and professional and community organizations who are experts in their respective fields, both for networking and being a resource to our news stations.
